PepsPayz is operated by Pepspayz Masters Ltd, a company registered in Kenya ("PepsPayz", "we", "us", or "our").
PepsPayz provides a technology platform that enables merchants to list and sell products, process orders, and manage fulfillment. PepsPayz is not the seller of goods and does not take ownership of inventory. All sales contracts are between the buyer and the merchant.
Merchants using the platform are solely responsible for:

Shipping is fulfilled by merchants or their verified suppliers. Tracking information is provided where available. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and logistics providers. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Merchants are responsible for handling refunds and disputes in accordance with their store policies. PepsPayz may review and intervene in disputes where necessary to ensure compliance and protect users. See our Refund & Dispute Policy.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Settlement timing, fees, and processing depend on the payment method and partner institutions.
PepsPayz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, block transactions, or remove listings if users violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform, including suspected fraud or policy violations.
We may monitor transactions and activity to prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of applicable laws. Users agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
PepsPayz provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for merchant actions, product quality, shipping delays, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
